Orthopedic Conditions:

Our education and practice has always included persons with orthopedic conditions.  We believe that every orthopedic injury/condition has a neurologic base.  A muscle and nerve in dysfunction does not perform and respond appropriately, this results in tightness and pain.  At Colette’s Therapy the first course of treatment is to return the muscle, nerve, ligaments, tendons, and fascia to a healthy state.  When this task is completed then the healthy muscle is ready to be strengthened and the joint can easily return to full range of motion.
